Quite simple really - if you are using and implementing the standard Accountax IR35 Proof Contract you pay an annual fee of just £249 + VAT. This gives you a full 12 months protection and if the Revenue or Contributions Agency commence an IR35 Status Enquiry at any time within your 12 month protection period you are covered.
